In this week’s episode I share a warming remedy for the common cold – an infused hot toddy. It’s a comforting beverage that I turned to recently when I was feeling under the weather. It’s simple to make, with hot water, lemon, lemon juice, infused honey, and an optional dash of whiskey. I find the whiskey more medicinal than alcoholic in this context, but feel free to skip it if you prefer. Remember, you can adjust the sweetness and tartness to your liking, but be mindful of the potency of the honey.
