Bite Me Cannabis Club — Membership Terms of Service

1. About This Agreement
These terms govern your membership in the Bite Me Cannabis Club, an online community and educational platform operated by Bite Me Media, owned by Margaret Thomas, based in Ontario, Canada. By completing your purchase you agree to these terms in full.
These terms apply specifically to your Club membership. They sit alongside and incorporate by reference the Bite Me Podcast Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Affiliate Disclosure already published at bitemepodcast.com.
2. Age Restriction
You must be of legal age to purchase, possess, and consume cannabis in your jurisdiction to join the Bite Me Cannabis Club. In Ontario, Canada, that age is 19. If you are accessing this community from outside Canada, you confirm that you meet the minimum legal age in your own jurisdiction.
Bite Me Media reserves the right to terminate memberships where age eligibility cannot be confirmed, without refund.
3. What Your Membership Includes
A one-time payment of $49 CAD (or the price displayed at checkout) grants you lifetime access to the paid tier of the Bite Me Cannabis Club on bitemepodcast.com, including all paid spaces, courses, and downloadable resources available at the time of your purchase and added in the future, subject to these terms.
Membership is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials with any other person.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your membership for any reason, contact margaret@joinbiteme.com within 30 days of your purchase date to request a refund.
Refund requests are reviewed individually. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where we determine, at our discretion, that the membership has been used in a manner inconsistent with a good-faith trial, including but not limited to downloading a significant portion of the Resource Library, completing a substantial portion of paid course content, or any violation of the Community Guidelines prior to the request.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. After 30 days from purchase, all sales are final.
5. Community Guidelines and Conduct
Your membership is conditional on compliance with the Bite Me Cannabis Club Community Guidelines, which are published inside the community and incorporated here by reference. Bite Me Media reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any member who violates those guidelines.
Removal for guideline violations within the 30-day refund window does not automatically entitle the removed member to a refund. Refund eligibility in those cases is determined at our discretion.
6. Educational Content Disclaimer
All content inside the Bite Me Cannabis Club, including recipes, dosing guidance, cultivation information, wellness discussions, and any advice from Margaret Thomas or community members, is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing in this community constitutes medical, legal, or professional advice. Content is provided under the Canadian Cannabis Act and applicable provincial regulations as educational material. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the cannabis laws in your jurisdiction.
Bite Me Media is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from your use of information shared inside the community.
7. Intellectual Property
All content created by Bite Me Media inside the Bite Me Cannabis Club, including course materials, downloadable guides, and written content, remains the intellectual property of Margaret Thomas and Bite Me Media. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share paid content outside the community.
8. Platform and Access
Bite Me Media makes reasonable efforts to maintain community access but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. In the unlikely event that the Bite Me Cannabis Club platform is permanently discontinued, members will receive reasonable advance notice and a prorated refund where feasible.
Bite Me Media reserves the right to modify, add, or remove community spaces and content offerings over time. These changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
