Pre-Flight Wash

Give the removable parts (the Reservoir, Power Pod, Stirrer, and Drain Tube) a quick wash with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry them thoroughly.

Bonus: all removable parts are dishwasher safe for future cleanups!

Find Its Perch

Choose a flat, stable spot on your counter, making sure it's near a power outlet. Give it a little space to breathe on either side.

Download the LĒVO App (Highly Recommended!)

Plug in your machine, then download the LĒVO app on your smartphone or tablet. Connecting via WiFi unlocks recipes, Time & Temp calculators, saved settings, and remote control.

It's like having an infusion expert right in your pocket!

Fresh herbs from your garden are gorgeous, but excess moisture hinders infusion and shortens shelf life. The Dry cycle gently circulates air (without too much heat) to prep your botanicals. Think of it as a spa day before the main event.

This is where the real magic happens for cannabis flower. The Activate cycle uses precise heat to convert compounds like THC and CBD into forms your body can use. Without this step, your edibles might taste great but lack the effects you're after. LĒVO takes the guesswork out of it completely.

Showtime! The Infuse cycle gently heats your carrier liquid and circulates it around the botanicals in the Power Pod. Controlled temperature plus gentle stirring equals pure, potent, perfectly infused liquid gold, without burning delicate ingredients or introducing grassy flavors.

Choose Your Ingredients

Decide what you want to infuse. I suggest starting simple: rosemary or garlic in olive oil, lavender in coconut oil, or cannabis in butter. Select your herb(s) and your carrier liquid.

Prep Your Herbs

If using dried herbs, give them a coarse grind, think cracked peppercorns, not fine powder. If using fresh herbs, run the Dry cycle first. If your recipe requires activation (like cannabis for edibles), run the Activate cycle before adding your liquid.

Load the Power Pod

Open the lid and place your prepped herbs inside the stainless steel Power Pod. Don't pack it too tightly. A typical load is up to half a cup or about 7 to 8 grams. Good circulation is everything.

Place the Pod and Stirrer

Set the filled Power Pod onto the magnetic spot inside the reservoir. Make sure the silicone stirrer is also attached in the center.

Fill the Reservoir

Pour your chosen carrier liquid directly into the ceramic-coated reservoir. Keep the level between the MIN (1 cup) and MAX (2 cups / 16oz) lines marked inside.

Set the Controls

Close the lid securely. Select your cycle, then use the LĒVO app, the Time and Temp Calculator, or the manual recommendations to choose your ideal temperature and duration.

Default settings are a great starting point for most common infusions!

Press Start and Relax

The LĒVO II lights up and begins its cycle. Sit back and let it work its quiet magic. You can monitor progress in the app if you're connected.

Dispense the Gold

Once the cycle is complete, place a clean glass jar under the spout. Press and hold the dispense button (the teardrop icon). Watch your beautifully infused liquid flow out. Keep holding until it's fully dispensed.

Coarse Grind Only

Avoid grinding your herbs into a fine powder for the Infuse cycle. It makes your final product cloudy and can seep through the pod. Coarse is always the way to go.

Explore Your Carriers

Don't just stick to olive oil! Try coconut oil for topicals, MCT oil for wellness tinctures, butter or ghee for baking, honey for sweet treats, or vegetable glycerin for alcohol-free tinctures. Note: you cannot infuse alcohol in the LĒVO II.

Time and Temp Mastery

Lower temperatures (160 to 175°F) preserve delicate flavors over longer times (2+ hours). Higher temps extract more intensely but risk degrading some compounds. Keep notes on what works best for you!

Boost Your Potency

For maximum effect, always run a proper Activate cycle first. Some advanced users do a second infusion, using their first batch of infused oil as the carrier for a fresh pod of herbs. Double the fun!

Add Lecithin for Low-Fat Carriers

Infusing into honey, agave, or glycerin? Add an emulsifier like sunflower or soy lecithin (about 1 teaspoon per 2 cups of liquid) before starting. It helps botanical compounds bind to the liquid.

Plan for the Angel's Share

It's completely normal to lose a small amount of carrier liquid (maybe 1 to 2 tablespoons) as it gets absorbed by the herbs. Factor this into your planning so you're not caught off guard.

Strain for Extra Clarity

While the LĒVO II strains well, if you want ultra-clear oil or used very fine material, strain the final product through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth for extra clarity.

Don't Overfill the Pod

Good circulation is crucial. Resist the urge to cram the Power Pod full. If you need more capacity, LĒVO sells a double-capacity Power Pod that is well worth the investment.

Disassemble

Once the machine has cooled down, open the lid and carefully remove the Power Pod (discard the used herbs), the silicone stirrer, and the ceramic-coated reservoir. Twist off the dispensing nozzle too.

Dishwasher Magic

Place all the removable parts (the reservoir, pod, stirrer, and nozzle) onto the top rack of your dishwasher. Run a cycle, and you're done. Clean as a whistle.

Wipe Down the Body

Give the main body of the LĒVO II a quick wipe-down with a damp cloth if needed. Keep the electronic parts dry, of course. That's it! More time creating, less time scrubbing.
